Biography :

Hello! I’m John Hromyak, a dedicated realtor with United Real Estate East Carolina, serving the vibrant Greenville, NC community since 2016. Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, I began my real estate journey back in 2005 when I earned my first license. After relocating to Greenville in 2011, I found a new home and a fresh opportunity to help others with their real estate needs.


Prior to diving back into real estate, I took a brief hiatus from the industry in 2007 to work in the steel industry as a sales representative, where I honed my skills in client relations and sales strategies for ten years. However, my passion for real estate never faded, and I had the privilege of working with the  Dan Jenkins Team as a buyer’s agent for nearly three years winning several awards as the best team in America! This experience taught me the importance of attention to detail and exceptional service, which I now bring to every client relationship.


When I’m not assisting clients with buying or selling their homes, you can find me spending quality time with my family, hitting the gym, or cheering on my favorite football teams.
